Custom Wine Event Pricing
Our Build-a-Bottle® experience is designed to be flexible, scalable, and customizable based on your event goals, guest count, and wine selections. Pricing is structured in two parts: the experience fee and wine selection.
Base Experience Fee
Starting at $80 per guest (minimums apply)
Includes everything needed to deliver a seamless, high-touch activation:
- Professional on-site staffing and facilitation
- Guided wine tasting (2–3 wines)
- Wax sealing station with client-selected colors
- Labeling station with custom or pre-designed labels
- All equipment and materials (wax melters, label jigs, tablets, supplies)
- Transportation of inventory and equipment
- Setup and teardown (as venue allows)
- Optional wine check and post-event fulfillment management
Final pricing may vary based on guest count, venue requirements, and customization.
Wine Costs for Interactive Event Experiences
- Wine is selected separately and billed post-event based on actual guest choices and consumption.
